I'm so sorry I haven't been around in soooo long...my father in law has been in the hospital for over a month and it has been touch and go...and with three kids it's been crazy! Most of you understand what I'm talking about so I won't ramble on forever about it....

So I'm busy getting more tassels made-if any one needs something custom let me know, I'd love to work with you! Here is the newest addition to my tassel family. I made this one for my sister's birthday. I have several of the 3 bird toppers, just let me know what color family you like and I can make one for you too!

I made this cute bird tassel in pastels with a white bird porcelain topper. Isn't it adorable?! Would look great on an armoire, door knob, or on a lamp. I have it listed in my Etsy shop, but let me know if you'd like one.

I'm having a very hard time downloading my pictures to Etsy. Some of the time it works, then others it's telling me pic is too big, yadda yadda yadda. I took them all at the same time. I can't figure it out!!! So be patient with me...I'm getting there!

Here's one I'm trying to get in there...I know it's a Christmas one...but we can never start too early! If anyone wants it let me know...it's 22.50.

And I hate to even have to add this...but I read some one's blog the other day...a very talented girl...and someone was copying her stuff...please let's not do that. I try to be original in what I do too...although it is very flattering to have someone like you stuff so much they want it too...however...you know what I mean...at least don't be someone I know...I do have eyes and I see it when I come to your house...take my ideas...but put your own twist on it...be original!!!!! Hope that didn't come out negative...but I think you all know what I mean.

Today is the Day!!!!

I'm finally doing it! Today is the day...as Dr. Suess would say, "you're off to great places, you're off on your way!". I've been "blog hopping" for a while now and painting and making things for people locally, but now I'm going to expand. So I've started a new blog just for these such things and I've opened my very own Etsy store today. The craft/sewing room is being organized and ready to get this store filled up. I would love to do some art shows in the Gulf Coast area. So if any one knows of anything please let me know, because I'm very new at this. Thanks so much to all of you out there who inspire me so much and have given me the "want" to do this! Blessings!
